Whats it all about...
"Get under your partner’s skin...literally! This class is intended for folks just starting to explore needle play, as a top or a bottom. Learn about play piercing specific supplies (what you need and how to obtain it), risk management, negotiation, containment, and sharps handling. The instructors will discuss and demonstrate basic techniques, including burying the points, capping the needle tips, and weaving and crossing patterns (including “endorphin buttons”). There will be a focus on safety, risk awareness, and risk mitigation. If you can, please bring a (short-furred) stuffed animal to class with you—you will pierce your completely consenting "stunt stuffie" to practice as we go along! Needles for in-class use will be provided. As time allows, class participants may have a chance to practice performing and/or receiving a play piercing – come with a partner or practice on yourself!
