Camp Thornwood’s pricing allows you to build your own experience that fits your vibe, budget, and sleeping style. Ways to tailor your adventure at Camp Thornwood:
Early Rate (Through June 1) - $295/$310
Tier 2 Rate (Through June 15) - $320/$335
Tier 3 Rate (Through July 6) - $345/$360
Tier 4 Rate (After July 6) - $370/$385
Wed/Thurs Entrance Fee - $90/day
Friday Arrival (9 Meals) - $185
Extra Day Meals (Wed/Thurs) - $60/day
Accommodations are priced for the full week of camp.

- Large Bell Tent (Sleeps 2): $400
Fully outfitted with mattress, linens, night stand, lantern and carpet.

Single Beds (per person) - not private rooms
- Lodge Single (Sgl or Lwr Bunk): $200
- Lodge Upper Bunk: $150

Group room prices include all days regardless of arrival.
Each "Bunk" = one upper + one lower bed (sleeps two people).

o The last day to cancel or transfer a registration is July 13, 2026.
o There will be NO refunds granted after July 13, 2026.
o Cancellations, and transfers are subject to a $75 per person handling fee.
o The following procedure must be completed in order to cancel registration and obtain a refund: A written request for refund sent to registrar@darkodyssey.com. Your legal registered name must be present on your request. A confirmation email will be sent upon receipt of the cancellation request.
o If registration fees were paid with credit card, refunds will only be issued to the card used in the original transaction.
o To transfer a registration, contact the registrar by July 13, 2026 with the legal name and email address of the person you would like to transfer your registration to. There is a $75 transfer fee.
o Odyssey Events, LLC reserves the right to refuse service to any individual. If we cancel your registration prior to the beginning of the event we will refund your registration fees. If you are asked to leave the event for any reason such as a violation of our code of conduct, no refunds will be granted.
